Vacancies 2012:

Parents Community Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and multi-talented team player. Our Parent Community Coordinator/Receptionist cares for the parent community and is responsible for the smooth communication between the school community and the wider community, directly representing the “Special Character” and school values. The Parent Community Coordinator facilitates an increased understanding of Waldorf education for the Te Ra community, prospective families, and the wider community, and generally takes care of the parent community, especially in the realm of financial hardship (“Special Character” negotiations), liaising with the office team. This position also includes general receptionist and secretarial duties, supporting the administration in the Office. There is some flexibility as to how this position can shape and evolve. The current position is 10 hours per week. Preference is given to candidates well familiar with our “Special Character”. For more information, please contact Doris in the Office or at home on 905-6500 home or  e-mail doris@tera.school.nz. Closing date is the 6th April, 2012.
